They wont refund a service that i didnt receive. They didnt honor the ad for free exam and x rays advertised on the website. They had me pay up over the phone up front just to schedule my appointment. They pushed me to make all my dental decisions in the office the day of the consultation. I wouldn't recommend this place. i wont be back.

Visited for exam and cleaning but dentist refused to clean insisting on deep cleaning asking me to pay out of pocket. Treatment plan of over $12500. Unethical to bill United Health care $247 when no cleaning was done. Don’t force services It is my right to refuse deep cleaning but the Dr is obligated to perform cleaning. Don’t charge the insurance if you do not provide services. The form I filled in specifically stated the patient is visiting for exam and cleaning. Don’t sell services patient do not want. Asked to mail me the X Ray and photos which cost United $247. X RAYS NOT RECEIVED AS YET, WHY? If not received reverse the charges.

My son’s previous dentist office couldn’t help and left my son in pain but Dr Sharma and his team fixed him up and helped greatly. I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth, on the lower jaw. I hadn't been to a dentist for many years until recently experiencing pain from this issue. The first dental office I went to referred me out to an oral surgeon for the procedure, but the oral surgeon didn't have an availability until January 27th, and that was just for a consultation. My intuition and experience with these kinds of issues led me to believe it couldn't wait that long, so I searched for an office that was local, well-reviewed, and had availability. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Dr. Jindal was not only able to remove the impacted wisdom teeth during the first visit, but made the process as comfortable and pain-free as possible. The process is very well-organized and professional. Dr. Jindal was amazing! Both he and his team went into much greater detail regarding my dental health, and formulated a full treatment plan. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and engaging in a way that helped alleviate anxiety. As an added bonus, they have office hours on Saturday. Charm Dental will be my dental choice going forward.

If I could give them a higher rating I would! From Kayleigh and Emmanuel at the front office to Dr. Patel, the service was amazing. I visited Charm Dental to get a second opinion after a previous place told me on my first visit I would need a deep cleaning, a crown, and possibly a root canal. Dr. Patel did my exam and told me I did not need a deep cleaning, gave me a regular cleaning, and said the supposed cavity was just a groove in a previous filling. So happy I ended up coming here.

I had my deep cleaning after a long time, even tho I was little nervous I felt really comfortable thank you to Dr Bansal and Miss Josseline. I was able to relax, watch a show and get really good results. The anesthesia didn’t hurt and the whole process was excellent, Dr Basal was always asking me how I was feeling which made me feel more accompanied. Since I did this review, I couldn’t find the way to change it or take it downHowever, during my first visit, I was constantly asked to leave a review. At that time, everything felt and seemed great, so I happily did it.After two visits, I went back for a check-up less than a month later, and that’s when things changed. I was told my dental health had worsened since my first two visits LESS THAN A MONTH after. The doctor who had done all my work wasn’t even there to explain anything and that really made me so confused. So they said I had to get it done again and I refused to pay anything else so at the very least, they didn’t make me pay again. After that visit I didn’t want to go back again.Long term results? Both my boyfriend (who has also some work done there) and I are really disappointed. Since the work was done, I’ve had ongoing sensitivity issues, and my boyfriend has experienced the same, even though he never had this issue before. Some of the work they did didn’t last a full year, and a few of the fillings didn’t stay at all (six months top).Overall, we wouldn’t go back for future treatments.

Everybody at Charm Dental is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door till the moment you walk out, you're part of them. Even when they call you to verify your appointment. They're like the chick-fil-a of dentist offices. I didn't feel a thing and they're constantly making sure you're ok every step of the way. They even have a tv on the ceiling above the chair for you to watch your current benge session on.

This review is for the charm dental that’s located right off 59 in humble. Reviews can be deceiving especially when you get a Starbucks gift card for leaving a review, thank you guys! However I have another account now I can be honest about my experience, I initially went in for an extraction and they convinced me to get a bridge which was out of my budget but they told me I need a bridge and they insisted on removing a crown I had on my back tooth I was uncomfortable with moving forward so they told me if I only get my tooth pulled my oral hygiene will decline more rapid. Welp that was enough to convince me to sign up for care credit to finance the procedure. They took the crown off and was telling me they need to clean it and they can save the tooth I would need a root canal, oh well you’ve been approved for xxxx amount we can add it on and your monthly payments will be xxxx. Being passive I agreed because at this point the crowns off, so they drill around and say oh the other tooth we need to shape it for your bridge. More shots more drilling by this time my whole face is numb they keep checking my blood pressure now my anxiety kicking in. They finally put the temporary bridge on and send me on my way and told me it will take 2weeks for my bridge. 2months and 5 appointments later my tooth have been drilled down to the size of a baby tooth and the tooth where the crown was removed have a whole smack dab in the middle and I’ve been mentioning a gritty feeling on my teeth only on the side they worked on and every time they say it’s from the temporary bridge. Well I stopped going because I’m constantly getting shots and they drill more and more but still no bridge. I should have just left it at extraction and never let them play in my mouth. I switched dentists when I spoke with my children dentist about what’s been going on so he decided to take a look and was concerned with what they were trying to accomplish because i had excessive tartar build up on that one side, the tooth had been drilled down too much, the back tooth they had drilled a hole in the center but he say it wasn’t necessary for a bridge. I’m stunned because they had me convinced the bridge was causing that gritty feeling whole time I’m working overtime constantly brushing to remove tartar that wasn’t there in the first place and is literally on one side of my mouth. I’m upset because 2 months after extraction I was still going and trusting them to simply do their job follow through on the procedure I’m financing and I’ve been bamboozled. Once I stopped going that’s when I received a call that your bridge is here!!! By that time I was getting a second opinion on what’s actually going on. I know now always get a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right exams sometimes are free or maybe $50-75. What happened to me may not happen to the next person but I would never go back or recommend. I like staff that focus on the patient and no the price.

Charm Dental in Humble is one of the most efficient dental offices I’ve tried, in Humble/Houston area. They stay communicated, everything is verified before you arrive, they confirm your appointment, remind you of the appointment, the office is very clean and the employees and dentist show each other much respect and extremely courteous to patients. I know it’s a run-on sentence, but there’s so much good about Charm Dental. There’s many more gems about this office, like sun glasses, TV and the latest technology. My family and I will continue our dental care with Charm Dental!!

This office has helped me a lot. I really appreciate how communicative they are. Crystal has been polite about appointment and consent reminders and even called to check on me the day after my procedure. Dr. Brar was the third dentist I’d seen about my treatment and she was the first that was able to get to the root of the problem and I was able to have not one but TWO root canals scheduled the same day as my first visit. I brought my kids to the appointment just to sit while I waited and the dental assistant April not only offered to help keep an eye on them but she was even able to schedule them both for appointments and did their cleanings while I was being seen. She was super sweet! Dr. Brar saw all three of us in about 1.5 hours! I am very pleased with all the services I’ve received.

I really had a good experience coming to charm Dental. I truly liked all the ladies here they all made me feel very comfortable even though I felt very uncomfortable and anxious and had a little actually a lot of anxiety. Alexandra took really good care of me she walked me through everything she explained all the details and all the procedures that was being done to me. I love the doctor Bansal she was wonderful she also was kind and compassionate and walked me through everything that she did to me, examinations explanations on what she did explained in detail what needed to be done and why they needed to be done. I can't remember all the ladies who were involved with me but i thank each and every one of them for being so kind to me . I would refer friends and family to charm Dental anytime I really truly like them and look forward to coming back to them again. I had an amazing experience at Charm Dental and highly recommend them! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from everyone, which made me feel very comfortable. They genuinely cared about how I was doing.I went in for a the pain of my cavity, and it was my first time there. Unlike other dentists who wouldn't take me at 4 PM, they all stayed after hours just to help me. Which no other dentist would do.Alexandra was the sweetest so nice and funny, which really helped ease my nerves she kept checking to make sure I’m okay which was very reassuring.Dyann was also incredibly kind, breaking down payment plans and finding the easiest way to handle everything. She answered all my questions with a smile.Dr. Bansal was exceptionally nice and understanding. She was patient and explained everything I needed to know. She reminded me to take my medication for the pain, just like a caring mother would.

Update- my son is 8 now and we still go to this location. My 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son have also been coming here since birth. My boyfriend and I are always there for our Invisilign process. Everyone is always really nice.My 3 year old son and I had an awesome experience. My son is scared of the dentist but they were so kind and patient. They told him everything that they were doing step by step. Definitely recommend!

Best. Dental Office. EVER!! From the moment I walked in, Dora and Dyann were quick to check me in, and made sure everything was ready to go before passing me back. They maintained friendly conversation during the short wait, which eased any anxiety I had. Once passed back, assistants Martha and Amparo were incredibly attentive and respectful while asking me questions regarding my oral hygiene history, and were very quick taking x-rays and photos, maintaining friendly conversation throughout. Dr. Bansal and the treatment coordinator, Dora, carefully examined my x-rays and mouth, and came up with a treatment plan keeping all things (finances, previous concerns, etc.) in consideration. Overall a great experience and I’m very happy with the services provided. Highly recommend this office to anyone who has dental anxiety, or general concerns about their oral well being.

I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth, on the lower jaw. I hadn't been to a dentist for many years until recently experiencing pain from this issue. The first dental office I went to referred me out to an oral surgeon for the procedure, but the oral surgeon didn't have an availability until January 27th, and that was just for a consultation. My intuition and experience with these kinds of issues led me to believe it couldn't wait that long, so I searched for an office that was local, well-reviewed, and had availability. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Dr. Jindal was not only able to remove the impacted wisdom teeth during the first visit, but made the process as comfortable and pain-free as possible. The process is very well-organized and professional. Dr. Jindal was amazing! Both he and his team went into much greater detail regarding my dental health, and formulated a full treatment plan. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and engaging in a way that helped alleviate anxiety. As an added bonus, they have office hours on Saturday. Charm Dental will be my dental choice going forward.

If I could give them a higher rating I would! From Kayleigh and Emmanuel at the front office to Dr. Patel, the service was amazing. I visited Charm Dental to get a second opinion after a previous place told me on my first visit I would need a deep cleaning, a crown, and possibly a root canal. Dr. Patel did my exam and told me I did not need a deep cleaning, gave me a regular cleaning, and said the supposed cavity was just a groove in a previous filling. So happy I ended up coming here.
