I am on a long journey to dental health- I get so nervous about the pain and cost of going to the dentist. In my 40's, everyone else usually comes first- but recently I had a very difficult crown replacement needed- they did not give up on me😂 after a year and a half of getting a little done here and there and cancelled appointments because of anxiety and spending stress, they have fixed multiple degrading crowns with yuck under them and extracted a very unhealthy dangerous tooth, and have been AMAZING for me. They even got some work done for me on the fly, when I was there with my daughter!!!
I am extremely needy and sensitive, but I do bring my patience as a patient! They are very accommodating to my need to get out quickly, but this last event with a really bad crown replacement needed- was done to perfection!!
I have been to many dentist- i have bad teeth i guess- any other dentist would have given up, put a temp crown back in, on the bad tooth and probably referred me to a specialist that would have cost me an arm and a leg- but they managed to get it done for me! and were SO, SO nice to me. It makes a HUGE difference. They are always staffed with professionals, most of whom I recognize and they know me at this point- very clean environment and all the advanced technology. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Charm 😎. And I get free sunglasses ( which doesn't hurt! ) They are just, very accommodating and pleasant.

Staff are very attentive to needs & concerns. They have made each visit comfortable. They answer all questions & explain what they are going to do each step. They all have 😃 smiles and care about you. I trust that they can take care of my many issues.

Well starting off when you walk in, everyone greets you, which very uncommon nowadays. Nice awaiting area as well. Dr. Adeola Abisogun was a very rare gem and doctor. I had a horrific situation of infection. I had made arrangements to have another procedure done, but out of concern of my safety and health, she made arrangements to change the schedule and focus on what needed to be priority. I know I put myself in one of the worse cases, but the way Dr. Adeola handled it was amazing. As well as the technician that was with her. Both remained calm and patient during my anxiety. I normally don't leave reviews, but it's important to leave experiences as important as dental work for others to understand the staff. And I'm so glad I came to Charm Dental on Louetta.
