My insurance was checked to verify what would be covered and the work was begun upon my next visit. They wont refund a service that i didnt receive. They didnt honor the ad for free exam and x rays advertised on the website. They had me pay up over the phone up front just to schedule my appointment. They pushed me to make all my dental decisions in the office the day of the consultation. I wouldn't recommend this place. i wont be back.

Visited for exam and cleaning but dentist refused to clean insisting on deep cleaning asking me to pay out of pocket. Treatment plan of over $12500. Unethical to bill United Health care $247 when no cleaning was done. Don’t force services It is my right to refuse deep cleaning but the Dr is obligated to perform cleaning. Don’t charge the insurance if you do not provide services. The form I filled in specifically stated the patient is visiting for exam and cleaning. Don’t sell services patient do not want. Asked to mail me the X Ray and photos which cost United $247. X RAYS NOT RECEIVED AS YET, WHY? If not received reverse the charges.

My visit to the dentist was unsatisfactory. The dentist, who was an Asian woman, started drilling into my tooth prematurely, before the numbing agent had taken effect, and then suggested that I was overly sensitive. In reality, she had not waited long enough for the numbing agent to work. When I arrived, I informed the front desk that I wanted a routine checkup, limiting the services to those covered by my insurance. Despite paying a fee upfront for cleaning, x-rays, and fillings, I received an additional bill for $250, as some services were not covered by my insurance. This experience fell short of expectations, and I advise finding an alternative dentist.

Everyone is always so happy to see the patients and embody a positive professional environment that focuses on patient satisfaction. Dr. Jindal was very attentive to my little one during our visit for her first extraction. He was so gentle that she didn’t realize when he was done! All post-op instruction were carefully explained and our prescription was waiting for us at our local pharmacy before we left. I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth, on the lower jaw. I hadn't been to a dentist for many years until recently experiencing pain from this issue. The first dental office I went to referred me out to an oral surgeon for the procedure, but the oral surgeon didn't have an availability until January 27th, and that was just for a consultation. My intuition and experience with these kinds of issues led me to believe it couldn't wait that long, so I searched for an office that was local, well-reviewed, and had availability. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Dr. Jindal was not only able to remove the impacted wisdom teeth during the first visit, but made the process as comfortable and pain-free as possible. The process is very well-organized and professional. Dr. Jindal was amazing! Both he and his team went into much greater detail regarding my dental health, and formulated a full treatment plan. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and engaging in a way that helped alleviate anxiety. As an added bonus, they have office hours on Saturday. Charm Dental will be my dental choice going forward.

If I could give them a higher rating I would! From Kayleigh and Emmanuel at the front office to Dr. Patel, the service was amazing. I visited Charm Dental to get a second opinion after a previous place told me on my first visit I would need a deep cleaning, a crown, and possibly a root canal. Dr. Patel did my exam and told me I did not need a deep cleaning, gave me a regular cleaning, and said the supposed cavity was just a groove in a previous filling. So happy I ended up coming here.

He performed my wisdom teeth extraction in less than 15 minutes with just numbing injections since I had to drive myself home, and the whole process was surprisingly smooth and fast. I also came back for fillings, and he made sure everything was done with precision and care. The staff consistently followed up the day after each appointment to check on my recovery, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, I’m beyond happy with their care and service.

Everybody at Charm Dental is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door till the moment you walk out, you're part of them. Even when they call you to verify your appointment. They're like the chick-fil-a of dentist offices. I didn't feel a thing and they're constantly making sure you're ok every step of the way. They even have a tv on the ceiling above the chair for you to watch your current benge session on.

The worst place to visit. We spent over one hour and 15 minutes and yesterday (03/17/2025) was my first time and today was my second trip 3/18/2025, I was told that my daughter had cavities on both of her lower teeth. I scheduled an appointment for the following day, and my daughter was in room for almost three hours, the doctor was going in between my daughter and other patients because she was the only doctor in the building. She could not even apologize, it was one of the staff that made me understand that she was the only doctor in the building. She’s a greedy doctor, she over books people and waste their time. When I confronted her about why the procedures took so long, she was like did your daughter tell you that she is not comfortable. I was upset and she said that I was rude instead of apologizing, that’s when one of the staff spoke up and said that they only have one doctor in the building, you could see the surprise on the Doctors face when the staff exposed her. This is the worst place to visit. They were telling me that my daughter needed braces, and I told them that I don’t have money for it right now , and one of the staff members said you can ask family members if they can help you out. I was very shocked at that inappropriate comment. They also said my daughter needed to remove her wisdom tooth and they need to do bone graft and I have to pay $500 for the bone graft, with insurance included. All because they are looking for money. This is the worst place to visit. I don’t write reviews but I have to do this.

Dr. Mehta thank you! Smartest man I know. I felt nervous at first because it has been so long but Dr. explained everything (no judgement zone). I must say that this dental office is the most compassionate dental office I have ever seen. EVERYONE in this office is the most caring you'll ever find. Really. And the expertise here is fantastic! Dr. Bansal's gentle approach puts me at ease every time. She is phenomenal at her practice! Her work is excellent! Love him & all employees. They were very helpful and understanding. No rush jobs at all & they will explain not missing a single detail. The environment is very cozy and also helps with relax. My insurance was checked to verify what would be covered and the work was begun upon my next visit. Came with all 3 kids for their recall cleaning. Alex and all the charm staff in humble were very helpful and very kind. Dr. Brar was awesome with them. Highly recommend this office!
Dr. Mehta and his team were so professional and kind throughout my visits. He performed my wisdom teeth extraction in less than 15 minutes with just numbing injections since I had to drive myself home, and the whole process was surprisingly smooth and fast. I also came back for fillings, and he made sure everything was done with precision and care. The staff consistently followed up the day after each appointment to check on my recovery, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, I’m beyond happy with their care and service.
