Had an awesome routine visit today. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. A did a great job with my cleaning. She really listened and carefully went over my treatment plan without making me feel rushed. Sarah did a great job with polishing my teeth as well.

This was my first time visiting Charm Dental with my daughter. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Sha was very thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood the treatment plan. A special thank you to River, who was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help find the best financial solution for our family and took the time to explain everything in detail. What stood out the most was how caring and patient he was with my 8-year-old daughter. He made sure she understood what to expect during her procedure, which helped ease her worries and made her feel comfortable. It's clear that the team at Charm Dental truly cares about their patients. We left feeling informed, supported, and confident in our care. Highly recommend!

Honest review - So today was my first day coming I did there promotion deal which include X-rays and exam for $59 you can’t beat that in Houston ! However the cherry on top for me was the Staff they were a breath of fresh air ! They were very professional and helpful and very welcoming you can’t beat that now a days ! ❤️

Above and beyond had 2 wisdom teeth removed they were very good about numbing if I felt something the immediately stoped they also have tvs for the patients to watch tv they also have a very music list and I was happy with prices and how patient they were with me they explained everything very clearly

I hate dental clinics since I was child. This is because I have childhood trauma. I had a very frightening experience at a dental clinic when I was a child and they did not do good job.one of the my crown come off and I was looking for dentist and fund this dental clinic.all staff and doctor is friendly and kind and so aweet.i was so nervous when they took care of me but doctor always check on me and staff tried make me relax and feel safe

Dr. Shah & Alexa are such a great team. Every time I visit for my ortho appointments I feel like i’m always in good hands. I want to share how happy I was with my recent visit to Dr. Liem Nguyen at Charm Dental in Katy. Dr. Nguyen sat down with me, reviewed my X-rays, and together we developed the best dental plan. I was extremely happy with his in-depth consultation. He took the time to explain my X-rays, something I’ve never experienced with other dentists. Charm Dental has state-of-the-art dental equipment, and its staff is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.
