My name is Aissatou Diallo and is patient of Dr. Patel Dentist at the Charm Dental-Richmond. My experience with the charm Dental -Richmond on Thursday, September 17, 2026 was great. First, staff from the front desk to the treatment coordinator Analyst were very helpful and professional, especially Ms. Jocelyne. Staff always call schedule, set up appointment and send reminders to my Email. Second, the team members and assistants were helpful. I am very grateful to the assistant Mr. Kabeer who did the first care and the X-rays. He explained to me step by step what he was doing. I was amazed by his performance. Third, Dr. Patel , I was very impressed by her performance her professionalism, her attitude towards me as a patient and the ability to answer all the questions regarding my medical concerns. I am very thankful and grateful to Dr. Patel and all the team members.

Been coming here for 3 years now, great staff, hospitality, always feel welcome. Was recommended by a family member. Got a bunch of of work done including ortho with Dr.Shah and have been satisfied. Would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Being someone who has personal experience in customer service, I am WOWed. I was really nervous, but openly so, about my worries and concerns. They even provide special request items like blankets and sunglasses to make sure their patients are comfortable and feel safe. Every single one of the staff members here at Charm has gone above and beyond to make me feel more confident about my teeth, smile, and the services that I need done. Every. Single. One. Kabeer, Analy, and Dr. Patel were very considerate and mindful of my experience and I don’t think I will ever find a more perfect dental practice. Thank you, and much love to you, Charm Dental ❣️

Had a very good experience at Charm Dental today. From the moment I walked in i noticed the facility was very clean and it was clear they pay close attention to details. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. I informed them that I was nervous about the visit and they did everything they could to make me feel at ease. They explained the process and my treatment plan very clearly and answered all of my questions well more than I expected.Thank you.

Dr. Metha is the very BEST! He is caring, compassionate, and very professional. I came in very scared and left looking forward to seeing him and his wonderful staff on my next visit. I had to have major work done on my mouth and thought I would be in severe pain. I'm not. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Metha to anyone who needs any type of dental treatment. He is not only an awesome dentist, but an AWESOME person & his staff is great as well!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crazy how I came in for a chipped tooth and ended up leaving with my perfect smile. 😊 Dr. Mehta took the time to educate me every step of the way, and Dr. Brar made my SureSmile journey so easy. April, Sushi, and the entire staff are one big dream team! They’re the sweetest and always made me feel so welcome. I’m honestly a little sad my ortho journey is ending after seeing them every two weeks for the past two years. Now I’ll only be on the schedule every six months for cleanings. 🥹 They didn’t just give me a beautiful smile. Charm Dental gave me confidence. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m so thankful I trusted their treatment recommendations. Growing up without dental insurance or regular dental care, I was always asked why I never smiled with my teeth. Now I’m proud to.

I had a chip on a front tooth when I took a bite on an apple. Made an appointment with Charm dental, and Dr. Shah did a wonderful job repairing it. She was very skillful, personable, and explained the alternatives and needed tasks to get it restored. All my friends said they couldn’t even tell the tooth had been chipped and anything was done on it. The staff in the dental office were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
