Dr. Sharma and his team were awesome. I had a whole meltdown moment in the lobby bc of the tooth pain which did not phase them one bit. They took me back immediately, numbed the area and the relief was instantaneous. The front desk ladies were exceptional, his assistants were exceptional and when I cried a little for being embarrassed because of my behavior, no less than three of them came to give me a hug. Sometimes you really need that. They have a dedicated patient in me!

Dr. Brar and her assistant, April, were absolutely wonderful! My brother had a much better experience this time after not having a good one with his previous doctor. They were kind, professional, and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire process!

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Maria did a great job. Love coming here, they make me feel very comfortable EVERYTIME coming here! Doctors and Dentist are always outspoken and honest and understandable and good to work/communicate with! they treat you like family walking in and out , and they treat coworkers as families as well. A Jolly, Cool, Clean environment. Definitely recommend all ages to come here, located right in Richmond/Rosenberg area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crazy how I came in for a chipped tooth and ended up leaving with my perfect smile. 😊 Dr. Mehta took the time to educate me every step of the way, and Dr. Brar made my SureSmile journey so easy. April, Sushi, and the entire staff are one big dream team! They’re the sweetest and always made me feel so welcome. I’m honestly a little sad my ortho journey is ending after seeing them every two weeks for the past two years. Now I’ll only be on the schedule every six months for cleanings. 🥹 They didn’t just give me a beautiful smile. Charm Dental gave me confidence. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m so thankful I trusted their treatment recommendations. Growing up without dental insurance or regular dental care, I was always asked why I never smiled with my teeth. Now I’m proud to.

I have going to this places almost 2 or 3 years with my 4 kids and services is amazing I really love this place,professional, and very nice. This week I done some work on my teeth and let me tell you analy was helping so much and checking on me so I was able to pay and have this work done. Dr Patel she did a excellent work on my teeth and make sure everything was good. Her assistant during my visit ADRIAN omg so professional guy and all the time was asking me if I was ok since I hate dentist and I was so afraid but he made my time in there so much better, I love this place I recommend 100%

Dr. Liem and staff are so amazing! They were thorough, informative, and professional! It was my first time coming to the dentist after two years and I was very nervous especially as a first visit customer but they assured me a comfortable, relaxed visit.
