I really appreciate this dental office. Both Dr Sharma and Dr Meta are excellent dentists and have been very helpful and understanding - as I have had a lot of dental work to get done. As someone who used to be afraid to go to the dentist, the dentists and staff at this office has helped put me at ease, and my dental health has much improved since I came to this dental office.

Charm Dental did an awesome job abstracting my wisdom tooth. They were very professional and provided great customer service. I felt little to no pain during the procedure. I would definitively recommend this location.

Had an awesome routine visit today. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. A did a great job with my cleaning. She really listened and carefully went over my treatment plan without making me feel rushed. Sarah did a great job with polishing my teeth as well.

This was my first time visiting Charm Dental with my daughter. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Sha was very thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood the treatment plan. A special thank you to River, who was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help find the best financial solution for our family and took the time to explain everything in detail. What stood out the most was how caring and patient he was with my 8-year-old daughter. He made sure she understood what to expect during her procedure, which helped ease her worries and made her feel comfortable. It's clear that the team at Charm Dental truly cares about their patients. We left feeling informed, supported, and confident in our care. Highly recommend!

Bansal was awesome. My cleaning was very great and my son felt so calm. Updated review still at 5 stars River and Dr. Liem are great. Both very patient with educating me on procedures and procedures. Dr. LIEM made sure to take time to explain everything needed.

Honest review - So today was my first day coming I did there promotion deal which include X-rays and exam for $59 you can’t beat that in Houston ! However the cherry on top for me was the Staff they were a breath of fresh air ! They were very professional and helpful and very welcoming you can’t beat that now a days ! ❤️

The filling was easy and perfect and not to mention you feel zero pain when being injected with numbing medication I was constantly asked if I was doing ok and even in the morning after I was called and checked on by the dental office and I really enjoyed my time!!

I was here for my granddaughter. This place is truly a charm. The professionalism from this place makes you actually want to see a dentist. The level of care and commitment is outstanding. They communicate everything to you before anything is done, and the dental assistance are amazing. All your fears will be put at rest and the dental work is outstanding. They are truly committed in the level and care of their patient and their dental work. I gave this place 100 stars.

If I could give Charm Dental on Mason Road 10 stars, I absolutely would! This office is spectacular, and the entire team provides absolute gold-standard service. Dr. Liem is an incredible doctor—so patient, professional, and thorough with his care. A huge shoutout to Adrian, River, and Kayleigh as well! They completely elevate the experience with their amazing energy, friendliness, and attention to detail. Every single service here has been top-notch, and they make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. I am incredibly happy with my smile and cannot recommend Dr. Liem and the Mason Road office enough. If you’re looking for a dentist in Katy, look no further!
